Sophomore Christy Folk recently returned from a six-week internship in Guatemala where she helped increase educational opportunities for Mayan villagers.

Researchers have received a grant from Facebook for a study that has the overarching goal to illuminate the nationwide prevalence, frequency and scope of cyberbullying and electronic dating violence in youth.

The Academy for Community Inclusion is the first-of-its-kind in ÎÞÂëÊÓƵ and will be located on FAU's Jupiter campus. The program is made possible by a generous multi-year commitment from The Taft Foundation.

ÎÞÂëÊÓƵ Atlantic University students will return to campus this week to mark the start of the University’s fall 2015 semester.

The Harriet L. Wilkes Honors College has granted 17 students scholarships to conduct research over the summer at Scripps ÎÞÂëÊÓƵ, the Max Planck ÎÞÂëÊÓƵ Institute and FAU Jupiter.
