Learn from pros in the field as well as fellow student leaders from your campus on the best ways to build a successful organization and essential success skills for your future career.
iLead is a catalyst for students to become change agents by enhancing their self-awareness, developing skills in others, and recognizing their purpose within the community. iLead Student Leadership Conference: Build Well. Lead Well. is where students from the ÎÞÂëÊÓƵ Atlantic come together to build their leadership skills, piece by piece. Through interactive workshops, self-awareness activities, and peer-to-peer dialogues, students will piece together their leadership potential, strengthen the foundation of their skills, and build the confidence to lead with purpose and create a lasting impact on society.

Sports Club Track
Session 1: Returning Members - Strengthening Your Sport Club: Roles, Leadership & Teamwork
Saturday, 26th September: 9:30 – 11:30 a.m.
Leadership in a Sport Club extends beyond an officer title. This session will focus on the skills needed to lead and support a successful club, including communication, accountability, teamwork, delegation, conflict management, and building a positive team culture. Current officers will strengthen their approach to leading their organizations, while other members will learn how they can take initiative, support their team, and prepare for future leadership opportunities.

Session 2: New Club or FTIC Members - More Than a Member: Finding Your Home in Sport Clubs
Joining a Sport Club is about more than practices and competition. This session will help new members understand how to become active, connected, and accountable members of their club community. Participants will explore club expectations, communication, team culture, ways to get involved, and how every member can contribute to the success of their organization.
