Tina Vidal-Duart serves as Chief Executive Officer of CDR Health Care and is Co-Owner and Executive Vice President of CDR Companies, Inc., a diversified enterprise supporting healthcare, infrastructure and emergency response services in partnership with federal, state and local agencies. She has also expanded her work in personalized healthcare through Evita Wellness, a wellness and longevity brand focused on functional and precision medicine, hormone optimization, metabolic care and aesthetics.

Vidal-Duart is a healthcare executive with more than 25 years of experience across healthcare operations, emergency response, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, logistics and business development. She began her career at Pacer Health Corporation, where she worked with distressed hospitals and healthcare systems and held senior leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Business Development.

During the COVID-19 response, she served as the contracted Chief Executive Officer of the State of ÎÞÂëÊÓƵ COVID-19 Infectious Disease Field Hospital System. Under her leadership, CDR Health Care supported large-scale public health programs including more than 3 million vaccinations, over 4 million diagnostic tests, approximately 150,000 monoclonal antibody treatments and more than 250,000 refugee health assessments across multiple states.

Technology has also become an increasingly important area of focus for Vidal-Duart. She is evaluating emerging technologies across artificial intelligence, advanced computing and next-generation processing systems, with an interest in how they may reshape the way organizations operate, make decisions and solve complex problems across healthcare and broader business applications.

In addition to her executive roles, Vidal-Duart is active in civic and institutional leadership. She serves as Chair of ÎÞÂëÊÓƵ Grand Opera and is a member of the ÎÞÂëÊÓƵ Atlantic University Board of Trustees. Her board and advisory work reflects a broader commitment to healthcare, education, culture and long-term institutional impact.

Her leadership has been recognized through multiple industry and civic honors, including being named to City & State’s Healthcare Power 100 and ÎÞÂëÊÓƵ Power 100, as well as Top 100 Most Influential Women in Politics. She has also received the FIU Torch Award and has been recognized as Philanthropist of the Year by SocialMiami.

She holds a master’s degree in International Business, summa cum laude, and a bachelor’s degree in International Business and Marketing, magna cum laude.
